Intuit (Robinhood Token) is a tokenised debt security issued by Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited that tracks the economic performance of Intuit. It is a standard ERC-20 on Robinhood Chain, so any wallet can hold or transfer it, and it can be composed into on-chain applications. Holding it does not make you a shareholder: it confers no legal or beneficial interest in the underlying security and no rights against its issuer.

Backing is described in the issuer's base prospectus and final terms at docs.robinhood.com/rhj. An independent source has verified the contract on-chain but has not independently audited the issuer's collateral.
Freely transferable ERC-20 on the secondary market with no allowlist. Primary subscription and redemption are limited to Authorised Participants after KYB onboarding, so ordinary holders cannot mint or redeem directly.
