Tokenized securities and other RWAs may represent contractual economic exposure instead of legal or beneficial share ownership. Jurisdiction, investor eligibility, transfer, and redemption restrictions depend on the issuer and product. Review issuer documentation before transacting.
Issuer, custody, and contract risk
Bastion is not the issuer or custodian of listed assets. An identity verification label is not an audit of backing or a guarantee of solvency. Smart contracts, wallets, bridges, oracles, and third-party services can fail.
Pricing and execution
Reference quotes and dated snapshots are informational. Available liquidity can differ substantially from the reference price. Slippage, fees, gas, and price impact affect execution. Transactions may be irreversible. Bastion does not guarantee returns or offer personalized advice.
